Construct Public Water Well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S., at(209) 468-0343 <br /> regarding the permitting of the public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> E. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> NOTE: In accordance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards, a grease trap/grease <br /> interceptor shall be installed for a commercial food establishment under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department. <br />
