Lockhart Road,French Camp <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharge <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements <br /> may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$190.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> B. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> C. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> D. Submit a revised site plan showing that the existing leach field area will not be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. In addition, show a 501/o sewage disposal replacement <br /> area on the site plan and the location where the forty five (45) agricultural grain hoppers <br /> (trailers)will be parked. <br />
