Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. if floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> B. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> C.
