A joint access road(dirt)exists.
GROUNDWATER INFORMATION
Groundwater elevation as determined by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District Maps(1992)show 105 feet on lines of equal depth of water wells for this
area. The water was tested from the new well at the house and the test results from FGL are
attached. The results are satisfactory.(DBCP and Nitrate)
SOIL PROFILE AND PERCOLATION TESTING
A 6" boring was drilled to a depth of 10'to determine the soil structure. The predominate
classification is fine textured sand. The percolation tests indicate a standard septic system installed
in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinances should function satisfactorily, if maintained
Properly
SEPTIC REPAIRS OF.RECORD
A document search of the files in vicinity of the site, indicating repairs, was made at the EHD,
3d Floor,304 E.
