SUREACE AND SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION REPORT <br /> APN: 0063-150-53 in San Joaquin County, California- <br /> The <br /> aliforniaThe property is to be subdivided into two (2)parcels. <br /> OWNER: Frank Natsis <br /> Mailing Address: 14800 Locust Tree Rd., Lodi, CA. 95240 <br /> Situs Address: 13960 Locust Tree Rd., Lodi, CA. 95240 <br /> Use Description: Vineyard&New Residence <br /> Acres: 56 Acres <br /> This report applies to proposed parcel split of Tentative Map creating two lots. <br /> The requirement for this report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County <br /> in Section 9-905.12 <br /> HISTORY OF PARCEL, <br /> Omega Vineyyards acquired the property in 1995. A new residence has been constructed on the <br /> parcel and is to be on the new 2 acre parcel. <br /> The records shows no chemical activity from 1995 to present as recorded by the office of the <br /> Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County.The proposed parcels will have access to <br /> Locust Tree Road. <br /> VISUAL FIELD INSPECTION(S) <br /> A field inspection was completed on Jan. 5, 00. No evidence of chemical use was observed. The <br /> premises was very clean. The land is basically grape vineyards with several Oak trees.(See <br /> photos). The entrance to the residential parcel is shown in photo##l. The septic system is in place <br /> as well as a new domestic well. An irrigation well exists along the south P/L,near the County Rd. <br /> The distance from the new well to the pits can not be measured without uncovering the nearest <br /> pit. At the time of field inspection,on one was present to mark the location or uncover the pit. <br /> The Tentative Map approval time allows adequate time to verify the required distance to the <br /> trench and pit. An addendum will be submitted should the distance not be in conformance. <br /> RECORDS SEARCH <br /> The Environmental Health Records were examined for nearby contamination sites with <br /> negative results. <br /> WATER TESTS: <br /> Water samples were taken from the new domestic well, results by FGL laboratories pending. <br /> 2. <br />
