A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division, if the soil <br /> suitability study is favorable. <br /> a . The existing sewage disposal system must be shown on the <br /> final improvement plan. <br /> 2 .
