Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance <br /> requirements shall be compiled with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> i <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. INFORMATIONAL NOTE: Per Development Title Section 9-1150.14, these parcels are <br /> t nonbuildable for residential purposes until an Improvement Plan application has been <br /> approved. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the provision of <br /> water and sewage treatment. <br /> 4. MOKEI_UMNE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> i <br /> a.
