1 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-23 <br /> I Mettler <br /> t <br /> I Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-23 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on May 3, 2001, which is the effective date of approvjal. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. p p approval of a <br /> This approval will expue on November 2, 2002, which is 78 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley,468-3161) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated April 4,2001. <br /> t <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed ba <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c. FARM LABOR MOBILE HOME: The existing farm labor mobile home(MF-93-31)must be <br /> converted to a Second Unit Dwelling if the property owner is no longerfarming at least 20 acres of <br /> land. A Second Unit Dwelling application can be obtained at the Community Development <br /> Department. There will be a fee for this application. <br /> d. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcels 1 and 2 shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet.
