Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, the construction of a domestic well and <br /> pump under the Environmental Health Department's permit and inspection shall be <br /> implemented on the Jerry Mettler/APN# 051-130-41 parcel (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: The existing home on the proposed Parcel#1 has a well that serves the Jerry <br /> Mettler/APN# 051-130-41 parcel in violation of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.8. <br /> B. Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, applicant shall provide documentation that <br /> the existing Agricultural well on proposed Parcel #2 meets the distance requirements to the <br /> proposed property line in accordance with the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> i <br /> { <br />
