Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, the construction of a domestic well and <br /> pump under the Environmental Health Department's permit and inspection shall be <br /> implemented on the Jerry Mettler/APN# 051-130-41 parcel (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: The existing home on the proposed Parcel 41 has a well that serves the Jerry <br /> Mettler/APN# 051-130-41 parcel in violation of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.8. <br /> B.
