The lot line adjustment between two <br /> parcels. Parcel One to contain 2.0-acre and Parcel Two to contain 40.16-acres. The project is <br /> located approximately 2,607 feet South of East State Route 12 Highway, on the West side of <br /> North Locust Tree Road, East of Lodi. <br /> This project will not require any land conversions. <br /> Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered <br /> species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
