Locust Tree Road, Lodi APN: 051-130-75 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Locust Tree Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Based upon the marketing plan for a maximum of 50 people for any event, the requirement for a traffic study <br /> is waived. In the event that events are held for more than 50 people, Public Works reserves the right to require <br /> a traffic study to be performed to determine the impacts and mitigation of the proposed project. The applicant <br /> shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the Department of Public Works <br /> Transportation Planning Division,prior of Department of Public Works preparing or contracting for the <br /> required study. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$207.97 per additional daily trip-end generated.
