The project <br /> will be built in two phases over ten years. Phase 1, to be completed in eighteen months, includes the construction of six 3,000- <br /> gallon tanks. Phase 2, to be completed in ten years, includes the construction of a 12,000 square foot case and barrel storage <br /> building and a 2,500 square foot wine tasting room. Thirty marketing events are proposed per year with a maximum <br /> attendance of 100 people per event. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract.
