The revision would permit indoor and outdoor amplified music at marketing events and increase the number of attendees to 145 people per marketing event. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G(General Agriculture). Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department.
