Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Note: Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be <br /> permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> �. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must <br /> be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, <br /> and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
