CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800165 <br /> MATHEWS/MCR ENGINEERING, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1800165 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on October 3, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br /> on April 3, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two (2) parcels as shown on <br /> the Site Plan dated July 9, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped-and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land-Surveyor.
