The property is located on Lone Tree Road, 650 feet west of Due Road. <br /> This study was performed to determine if the subject site is acceptable for a septic system(s) which <br /> will function properly and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or to the <br /> underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements of Planning Title Section <br /> 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Codes. <br /> 121 SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property is located east of the City of Manteca in a predominately agricultural region. <br /> The surrounding structures consist of very low density, single family housing, ranchettes, ranches, <br /> light industrial and major commercial in the outlying areas. There are dairies in the surrounding <br /> -, study area, along with tree, vine, row and pasture crops. The topography of the site is relatively <br /> flat, therefore, a proposed septic system design would not have to be altered to accommodate <br /> slopes.
