In addition, the existing San <br /> Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodway areas, are <br /> currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 .
