The parcel appears suitable for the use of K' <br /> a standard septic system. <br /> No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The on-site <br /> water well was tested for nitrate and DBCP. DBCP was found at 0.38 ug/L, above the MCL <br /> water limit of 0.2 uglL:' —be nitra concentration in ground water was found to be 42.4 mg/L- <br /> 1\10,3r-which is bel6w the maximum contaminant drinking water limit of 45 mg/L-NO3. We <br /> recommended the well not be use for drinking water since the water quality test indicates levels <br /> of DBCP above the MCL for drinking vMter. We recommend discussing replacement or repair <br /> options with EHD. <br /> 8.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed <br /> at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed <br /> that the test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in <br /> the general area. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed <br /> in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
