The proposed parcels include land that is divided by the Lone Creek <br /> Slough/drainage ditch. We have been informed by Mo Hatef that as per her <br /> discussion with the current property owners there will be access available for <br /> the future owners of the proposed new parcels that will involve use of a <br /> currently built bridge on one of the parcels.
