The site location is shown on Plate 1 in Appendix A. The following five text <br /> tables provide the physical characteristics of the site and bordering properties. <br /> 2.1. LOCATION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> The information presented in Table 2.1 describes the physical location and legal <br /> description of the subject site. This information was obtained from maps, public <br /> records, and interviews from the previous ESA. <br /> TABLE 2.1 <br /> LOCATION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> 19990, 19992, 19994, 19996, 19998 and 20036 E. Lone Tree <br /> ADDRESSES Road, 15305, 15355 and 15367 S. Van Allen Road and 19716 <br /> E. Zumwalt Road. <br /> HISTORICAL ADDRESSES There are no known historical addresses associated with the <br /> subject site. <br /> The subject site is located north of Zumwalt Road, south of <br /> LOCATION Lone Tree Road, east of Carrolton Road, and west of Van <br /> Allen Road northwest of Escalon, California. <br /> TOWNSHIP & RANGE Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 8 East. <br /> ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER APN 205-100-16 and 17. <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION A legal description was not provided for this assessment. <br /> ACREAGE Approximately 410 Acres. <br /> POTABLE WATER Approximately four domestic wells. <br /> SEWER Septics stems associated with onsite residences. <br /> ZONING The site is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture). <br /> L <br /> 2.2. SITE AND VICINITY GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS <br /> The site is located in an area of level terrain. Land use on site was primarily v <br /> agricultural, orchard, dairy, and residential at the time of Kleinfelder's former <br /> assessment and updated reconnaissance.
