In KLEINFELDER <br /> 5.4. HISTORICAL TOPOGRAPHIC MAP REVIEW <br /> Historical topographic maps (7.5 and 15 Minute Series) from the, "Historical <br /> Topographic Map Report by EDR", were reviewed. Copies of the topographic maps are <br /> included in Appendix B of this report. <br /> 1914 <br /> Avena, CA Quadrant 7.5 Minute Series <br /> Scale: 1 inch = 2,640 feet <br /> The elevation of the site is depicted ranging from 75 to 85 feet above msl. The subject <br /> site is depicted as vacant land with north/south and east/west roads trending through <br /> the center. A structure is depicted in the center of the site. Lone Tree Creek is located <br /> trending approximately east/west through the center of the site and an unmarked creek <br /> is depicted trending through the northeastern portion of the site. The unnamed creek <br /> appears to originate on the site and flows northwest. Both creeks are shown as <br /> intermittent. An irrigation canal is located in the southern portion of the site. <br /> The site is bound to the north by Lone Tree Road and to the south by an unmarked <br /> road. The northern portion of the site is bound to the east and west by unmarked <br /> roads. The surrounding properties are depicted as vacant land with scattered rural <br /> residences. <br /> 1952 <br /> Manteca, CA Quadrant 15 Minute Series <br /> Scale: 1 inch = 5,208 feet <br /> The subject site is depicted at approximately 80 feet msl. The site is depicted as <br /> vacant land with a north/south trending road leading to two structures in the center of <br /> the site. A well is located along the northern boundary and eastern boundary of the <br /> site. Lone Tree Creek is depicted trending approximately east/west through the center <br /> of the site. Lone Tree Creek is no longer shown as intermittent and the unnamed creek <br /> is no longer present. Irrigation canals are present along the southern boundary of the <br /> site, in the southwestern portion of the site, and in the northeastern corner of the site. <br /> _ The site is bound to the north by Lone Tree Road and to the south by an unmarked <br /> road. The southern portion of the site is bound to the east by Van Allen Road and to <br /> the west by Carrolton Road. The property surrounding the subject site is vacant and <br /> agricultural land with scattered rural residences, roads, irrigation canals, and wells. <br /> 1952 photorevised 1968 <br /> Avena, CA Quad 7.5 Minute Series <br /> Scale: 1 inch = 2,000 feet <br /> The subject site appears essentially unchanged from the 1952 topographic map with a <br /> few exceptions.
