CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LAWRENCE/CORREIA/R B WELTY <br /> PA-1200173 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200173 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on October 30, 2012, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> May 1, 2014, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209)468-3154) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated September 7, 2010. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of ten acres in size. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 872.2([e)) <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (see memo dated September 20, 2012) <br />
