As shown on the enclosed Project Site Map, the Oakdale Irrigation District(OID)Sweet Pipeline is centered on the property line ofAPNs: _ startin -rear the southwest roe corner- hewest 229-060 05109 and crosses APN: 229-060-09 to g property rtY of APN: 229-060-05. OID maintains a fifty(50)foot-easement for the existing facility and requires that all permanent structures-and trees remain outside the-.limits of the easement. Any improvements proposed within the fifty (50) foot easement require prior approval by the OID Board of Directors (Board). If the lot line adjustment is;approved; each of the new parcels will be designated as unirrigable and a new connection application would need to be submitted to pursue the new connectionP rocess. As shown in the Site Plan provided by Welty Engineering, flow lines indicate the adjusted parcels will potentially irrigate and drain across property Ylines.
