i <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500132 <br /> LAWRENCENVELTY ENGINEERING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1500132 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 28, 2015, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on February. 26, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Stephanie Stowers, [209]468-9653) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application between two parcels as shown <br /> on the site plan dated July 27, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the- Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The -legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed :by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT:- The property owner shall rescind-the current contracts and <br /> shall enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot line Adjustment. The "Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract has been deemed <br /> complete. Filing fees are required_for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. LOT SIZE: The following requirements-shall apply. <br /> Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of 10.0 acres. (Government Code Section.51250) <br /> 2.
