CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-90-75 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> b. PARCELS 2 & 3 <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by <br /> section 9-10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development code must be performed , on each <br /> lot , prior to recording a Parcel Map to <br /> determine that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage . <br /> 2 . Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Department for approval by the <br /> Environmental Health Division showing sewage and <br /> well information , for each lot, as required by the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> 3 . Construction of an individual domestic water well , <br /> on each lot , under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> 4 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system, on <br /> each lot , under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development . <br /> 3 . OAKDALE IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. Provide a 60-foot wide written irrigation easement centered <br /> on the O. I . D. Sweet Lateral across Parcels 2 and 3 as shown. <br /> b. Apply to O. I .D. for an Encroachment Permit for fences , <br /> landscaping , etc . within the O. I .D. easement . <br /> C . (A) Discontinue using irrigation water on Parcel #1 and <br /> apply for a disconnection of water service form the District <br /> or (B) install a pipeline , valves and the necessary <br /> easements to provide irrigation water to Parcel #1 . <br /> d. Provide a 20-foot wide private irrigation easement through <br /> Parcel #3 for Parcel #2 as shown . <br /> e . Provide a 20-foot wide private drainage easement through <br /> Parcel #2 for Parcel #3 as shown . <br /> f . Payment of any outstanding O. I .D. fees prior to approval of <br /> the final map. <br />
