Lone Tree Road, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. The addendum shall J <br /> address the finding in the original report dated December 2, 2005, that further investigation is <br /> recommended. To insure that potential past on site sources of contamination do not remain, <br /> further limited screening sampling/testing of soils where recommended shall be performed. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to approval of Parcel <br /> Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A Soil Suitability Study dated February 24, 2006, has been submitted to the Environmental <br /> Health Department and not reviewed yet. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Regarding previous septic permits 77-527, 83-358 open, pump, and backfill the septic <br /> tank(s), seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the J <br /> Environmental Health Department is required on Parcel #2 at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:tl <br />
