The southern portion of the property is a rice field. <br /> 20. a. For each structure on the subject property, describe its uses and the location and <br /> type of heating and cooling system. <br /> Office, shed, and rice storage structures. According to Ms. Moffit, there is no heat to these <br /> structures. The office is cooled by a wall-mounted air conditioner(personal communication, <br /> �. October 24, 2005). <br /> b.
