IMPROVEMENT PLAN SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST <br /> A. The following items must be submitted to the Public Works Department before <br /> the Improvement Plans can be checked: <br /> 1. Preliminary Engineer's estimate. <br /> 2. Plan check fee based on the preliminary Engineer's estimate (excluding <br /> contingencies): <br /> a. 5.5% for the first $25,000.00 <br /> b. Plus 3% for the next $225,000.00 <br /> c. Plus 1.75% over $250,000.00 <br /> 3. 4-complete sets of Improvement Plans (blueline) <br /> 4. 4-sets of Specification books <br /> 5. 1-complete set of Preliminary Soils Report including R-values and <br /> structural section calculations. <br /> 6. Storm drain calculations (Hydrology, sub-area map, pipe line, hydraulic <br /> design, ponding basin, pump system, etc., if applicable). <br /> 7. Water and sanitary sewer design data and calculations if applicable. <br /> 8. 1-Draft Final Map <br /> B. Field Inspection fee based on approved Engineer's estimate (excluding <br /> contingencies): <br /> 1 . 4.00% first 5200,000.00 <br /> 2. Plus 3.00% over 5200,000.00 to $500,000.00 <br /> 3.
