PA-06-656 <br /> 27272 EAST LONE TREE ROAD <br /> j` ESCALON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Roger Lang of Escalon to conduct a soil suitability study for the / <br /> L property at 27272 Lone Tree Road,Escalon,California. <br /> L The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use l <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> L conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> y In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps,and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> r <br /> LThe formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14,2003. <br /> jusite Descriptiont property is located 1 mile east of Escalon <br /> -Bellota Road.The property consists of a <br /> 67.5-acre parcel (APN 229-090-01). The address associated with the subject property <br /> parcel is 27272 East Lone Tree Road. One single-family residence, a storage structure, equipment l <br /> L storage and a barn are located near the center of the property. The remainder of the site is used for <br /> grazing.Lone Tree Creek runs through the southern portion of the property. <br /> L The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 120 to 125 feet above mean sea level.
