Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 15
septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
LThe general area consists of agriculture with low density residential development.
3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity /
LThe following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the site during file review at
EHD on January 4,2007:
Table 1.
4 Vicinity Septic System Permit Summary
1` Address Date Tank Lines Length Pits Comments
' Capacity '
25744 East Lone Tree Road 1200 gal One,75'leach line New installation to a residence
7-14-1977 Two sumps, 10'x 4'x 8'
One,100'leach line
-- 25744 East Lone Tree Road One sump,6'x 8'x 10' New installation to a residence
5-16-1983 1200 gal (If sand not reached with
sump,dig 25'seepage pit)
27282 East Lone Tree Road 1200 gal Three,40'leach lines New installation to a residence-
3-13-2000 Three 25'x 36"seepage pits
27390 East Lone Tree Road 1200 gal Two,75'leach lines New installation to a residence
7-25-1973 Two sumps,14'x 4'x 8'
27000 East Lone Tree Road 1200 gal Two,100'leach lines New installation to a residence
9-1-1987
L The septic systems in the area appear to utilize leach lines with sumps and some seepage pits.
