Make checks payable <br /> to the San Joaquin County Treasurer. <br /> One (1)completed copy of the application form (attached). <br /> • APPLICATION Staff will check your application. (Your application cannot be processed until it is <br /> COMPLETE complete.) <br /> STEP 3 APPLICATION PROCESSING <br /> • CEQA If the proposed Time Extension is for a discretionary project it is subject to <br /> Environmental review. Projects that have the potential to adversely affect the <br /> environment will require the preparation of an EIR. <br /> • ACTION Time Extensions can only be granted by the review authority that approved the original <br /> permit. If the permit was approved by the Planning Commission or Board of <br /> Supervisors a public hearing will be scheduled. If the staff approved your application a <br /> hearing will not be necessary unless the staffs decision is appealed. At the conclusion <br /> of the public hearing (or staff review period)your request will be approved or denied. <br /> Actions of the staff or Planning Commission can be appealed.
