J <br /> Chandler Martin -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-04-693 (SA) <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty- <br /> five(25) foot wide right-of-way from the west property line of lots 51, 54, 55, and 58 to the property line <br /> across the parcels' frontage. (A$385.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The frontage improvement for the unnamed roadway shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for a fifty(50) foot right-of-way rural residential roadway. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A <br /> $410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy <br /> of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared <br /> by a registered civil engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will Prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 5.
