The primary investigator for the assessment is Ms. Crystal Spurr, REA #1-07363, <br /> L Project Manager. <br /> This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA to date with <br /> regard to this project The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are <br /> summarized in the conclusion of this report. <br /> I <br /> L This report has been formatted to correspond to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department's'Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Requirement Checklist,, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located on the south side of Lone Tree Road east of Henry Road in Oakdale, <br /> L California. The property consists of two parcels of land totaling 40.71 acres (APN 229-015-001 and <br /> 003). Two addresses are associated with the subject property parcel: 30520 and 30972 E. Lone Tree <br /> Road. One of the parcels (229-015-003) has a house,garage, shed, and metal storage container. The <br /> remainder of that parcel is cattle grazing land. The other parcel (229-015-001) is used to grow rice. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> property is zoned AL-10, limited agriculture with a minimum 10 acre parcel size.
