The search radius for this investigation has been extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search radius of one-quarter mile. As an adjunct to the database search,the subject L property background and history of past use have been investigated. Interviews have been conducted and a site reconnaissance completed. The data pertinent to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigator for the assessment is Ms. Crystal Spurr, REA #1-07363, L Project Manager. This Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report discusses all work performed by NOA to date with regard to this project The principal findings are outlined throughout the body of this text and are summarized in the conclusion of this report. L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 1.1 Description of Site The subject property is located on the south side of Lone Tree Road east of Henry Road in Oakdale, L California. The property consists of two parcels of land totaling 40.71 acres (APN 229-015-001 and 003). Two addresses are associated with the subject property parcel: 30520 and 30972 E. Lone Tree Road. One of the parcels (229-015-003) has a house,garage, shed, and metal storage container. The remainder of that parcel is cattle grazing land. The other parcel (229-015-001) is used to grow rice. According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject property is zoned AL-10, limited agriculture with a minimum 10 acre parcel size. This zoning L designation"is intended to recognize and preserve areas that contain existing concentrations of small- scale agricultural operations and dwellings."
