It is understood that this is the process available for the purpose of evaluating
specific conditions of approval as they relate to the Subdivision Map Act and the approval of
tentative maps. The purpose of this application for "Revision to Approved Action" is to request
that the County delete conditions of approval 4(a) through (d) imposed by the County as
requested by the Oakdale Irrigation District ("OID") on MS-95-16. The specific conditions of
approval are reiterated below for your reference:
"4(a). The owner shall grant new easements of sufficient width for all District
facilities that may exist on the subject property to serve as a replacement for any
existing prescriptive, recorded, or unrecorded easements that are present (the OID
Miller Pipeline runs along the west side of proposed Parcel A, and the OID West
Thalheim runs along the northeast corner of proposed Parcel D). Legal
descriptions for said easements shall be provided by the owner's engineer for
inclusion on the District's standard easement form for recording by separate
document.
4(b). If there are any existing or proposed encroachments within District
easements, the owner shall obtain District approval for said encroachments.
