The 100 year Flood Elevation will be approximately 1-Foot above the natural ground <br /> elevation. <br /> Longe Street (Private) has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $820 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Warehouse in the Stockton area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2.
