LONGE STREET (APN 177-260-29) (SA-00-15) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comment: <br /> 1. Although the subject parcel lies outside the adopted boundary of the South Stockton <br /> Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District), the airport area is subject to the CFD <br /> 90-1 Airport "In-Lieu" Fee program adopted by the City Council on July 1, 1996, <br /> Resolution No. 96-0333. The current "in-Lieu" for this site having an area of 6.159 <br /> acres is $44,164.53 ($7,170.73/ac X 6.159 acres). The "In-Lieu" fee is subject to <br /> adjustment at the time of application for sewer connection and is due and payable at <br /> time of connection along with the other standard connection fees. All appropriate fees <br /> and charges must be paid and the necessary permit(s) obtained before connection to <br /> the sanitary system will be allowed. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
