COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-91-36 <br /> 6 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application . (The fee currently is $2 ,603 . 00 <br /> per 1 , 000 gross square foot of building as "Office" in the <br /> Stockton area . If there is no building permit required, the <br /> fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record-) <br /> 7 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $209 .00 per 1 ,000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Office" . If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 .9 percent.
