The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer <br /> shall prepare all documents. <br /> ❑ An occupancy separation of hour is required to separate the <br /> occupancy from the occupancy. <br /> AREA: <br /> ❑ The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Califonia Building Code <br /> for a( )occupancy or type ( ) construction.
