Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the original soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating the proposed <br /> expansion to the existing water ski facility shall be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies shall be <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$575 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$115 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> I NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br /> Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public <br /> water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> a <br />
