Lorenzen Rd., Tracy The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. An addendum to the original Soil Suitability / Nitrate Loading Study incorporating the proposed expansion to the existing water ski facility shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of building permit(s) for Phase 2, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies shall be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of $695 must be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$139 per percolation hole is required. B. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system shall be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. NOTE: Applicant shall contact Frank Girardi, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 053-7868, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy.
