Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> �!A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$ 465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval_ A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: A study dated August 27, 2001,was approved with conditions on November 6,2001. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> NOTE: The revised plan needs to incorporate the findings of the Soil Suitability Study that was <br /> approved on November 6, 2001. <br /> � M <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
