OWNER INFORMATION APPLICANT INFORMATION <br /> John Eagal Same <br /> 9132 Sandringham Ct. <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> (209) 477-9805 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> Eagal Lake Development Project will include the development of a <br /> new 11.25 acre Ski/Aquaculture Lake and the restoration and <br /> development of an existing 11.56 acre lake into a private trophy <br /> largemouth bass fishing lake. The remaining properties will be <br /> developed into a private wildlife sanctuary, providing habitat <br /> for highly diverse flora and fauna. The existing levee along the <br /> San Joaquin River will be stabilized and planted with vegetation <br /> to reduce erosion. Strange Aquatic Resources has been hired to <br /> develop the aquaculture, trophy bass lake, and wildlife habitats. <br /> The completed project will provide the owner with income, while <br /> increasing the diversity and quantity of wildlife habitats <br /> throughout the property. The completed project will provide the <br /> members with the opportunity to recreate within the highest <br /> quality environment. <br /> The development of diverse habitats through the restoration and <br /> improvement of the existing property will mitigate the <br /> development of the Ski/Aquaculture Lake, buildings, berm, and <br /> boat launch facilities. <br /> EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMERS PER SHIFT <br /> Employees will be few if any. The tasks and labor force needs <br /> should be handled with satisfactory results by the <br /> owner/operator, Mr. John Eagal. If needed, a maximum of two <br /> employees will work a flexible shaft. As a membership facility, <br /> there will be a limit to one ski boat on the lake at one time. <br /> The fishing club will have a limit of approximately twelve <br /> fishermen per day. There may be special events or occasions when <br /> up to 100 people may be present at any one time. <br /> MATERIALS/EQUIPMENT USED <br /> Equipment used on the project will include a tractor with all <br /> necessary attachments for landscape maintenance. One company <br /> truck will be required to service the needs of the members. <br /> Hazardous materials stored on sight will include boat fuel <br /> (environmentally friendly methane fuels or natural gas) , and fuel <br /> for heat and cooking. <br />
