E. of Tracy. <br /> (District 5) <br /> APPLICANT: John Eagal APN: 239-140-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 28.2 feet NMM. In addition, the existing San <br /> Joaquin County and. City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways areas, are <br /> currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Nanagement Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7185. The re-evaluation say delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public works, 1510 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. Theme flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Access to project site is via private road on top of levee. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONSI ' <br /> 1, The approaches of access road to Lorenzen Road or Wright Road <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit.
