LORENZEN DRIVE, TRACY; APN: 239-140-03 <br /> AND 06) i <br /> l , <br /> This is a Use Permit Application to build a 13.6-acre lake for a private ski club. The <br /> project is to be located on two adjacent parcels. Parcel 1 is 49 acres and includes an <br /> existing 13-acre lake, an existing riparian area, proposed trials, and proposed picnic i <br /> areas. Parcel one is bounded on the west by a levee, and south and east by the San <br /> Joaquin River. Parcel two is located adjacent to and north of parcel one. Parcel two <br /> includes the proposed 13.6-acre ski lake, proposed riparian area, a proposed 3,000 <br /> square foot shop, and a proposed 4,000 square foot dry storage building. Parcel two is <br /> bounded by the San Joaquin River on the north and east and by a levee on the west. <br /> Access to the site is from the east terminus of Lorenzen Road via a 20-foot wide private <br /> road. This is the same project as Use Permit No. UP-93-14, which expired on October <br /> 29, 2002. <br /> The project is located on a private road, 1800 feet east of the east terminus of Lorenzen <br /> Road, adjacent to the San Joaquin River, east of Tracy. <br /> 1 <br />{ This project is scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of January 8, 2004. The <br /> Community Development Department intends to recommend approval with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> I <br /> Use Permit Application No. was approved by the Planning Commission on .
