Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front <br /> of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> h) SOIL REMOVAL: No material excavated during construction of the approved facility <br /> shall be removed from the site. (Development Title Section 9-1405.5) <br /> i) CUT AND FILL: No areas to be cut or filled shall be located within 25 feet of an existing <br /> levee, river, wetland area, or property boundary. <br /> j) TREE PRESERVATION, WETLAND AND RIPARIAN HABITAT: No trees or riparian <br /> habitat shall be removed. No wetland area shall be disturbed. New riparian areas shall <br /> be established as shown on the approved site plan dated October 31, 2003. A tree <br /> preservation, wetland protection, and riparian habitat plan shall be prepared by a <br /> qualified biologist for approval by the Community Development Department prior to <br /> approval of the building/improvement plans. The plans shall include provisions for <br /> protecting trees, riparian habitat and wetlands during construction. <br /> k) CULTURAL RESOURCES: If, in the course of development, concentrations of <br /> prehistoric or historic-period materials are encountered, all.work in the vicinity of the find <br /> shall halt until an archaeologist can evaluate the materials and make recommendations <br /> for further action. If human remains are encountered, all work shall halt in the vicinity <br /> and the County Coroner shall be notified immediately.
