It is my understanding that John is in need of an area to bring in either automobiles or buses from the local public and private schools.. He also needs a permit to construct a facility for gathering the students for instructional Purposes... This building would contain restrooms and double as a storage area for maintenance materials These improvements to the nature would allow John to bring more students area. { John Eagal has been a lover of nature and supporter of education for many years He has' `4 allowed students and scout troops to visit his natural settings m the south county area and west of Stockton to learn about the benefits of our natural assets..He has also placed into motion a " "- program to show the stresses of our society on our environment.
