The approved project is to be located on two adjacent parcels. Parcel 1 is 49 acres and <br /> ( includes an existing 13-acre lake, an existing riparian area, proposed trails, and proposed picnic areas. <br /> E� Parcel 1 is bounded on the west by a levee and on the south and east by the San Joaquin River. Parcel 2 is <br /> located adjacent to and north of Parcel 1, Parcel 2 includes the proposed 13.6-acre ski lake, a proposed <br /> riparian area, a proposed 3,000-square-foot shop, and a proposed 4,000-square-foot dry storage building. <br /> Parcel 2 is bounded by the San Joaquin River on the north and east and by a levee on the west. Access to <br /> the site is from the east terminus of Lorenzen Road via a 20-foot-wide private road. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
