ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Pian: (1) Access is to be provided tith20-fo -wide private right-of-way from the east end of Lorenzen Road. SOIL REMOVAL: No material excavated during construction of the approved facility shall be removed from the site. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1405.5) i. TREE PRESERVATION,WETLAND AND RIPARIAN HABITAT: No trees or riparian habitat shall be removed. No wetland area shall be disturbed. New riparian areas shall be established as shown on the approved site plan dated February 6, 2001. A tree preservation, wetland protection, and riparian habitat plan shall be prepared by a qualified biologist for approval by the Community Development Department prior to approval of the build inglimprovement plans. CULTURAL RESOURCES: If, in the course of development,concentrations of prehistoric or historic-period materials are encountered,all work in the vicinity of the find shall halt until an archaeologistcan evaluate the materials and make recommendationsfor further action. If human remains are encountered,all work shall halt in the vicinity,and the County Coronershall be notified immediately. At the same time,a qualified archaeologistshall be contacted to evaluate the finds. if human burials are found to be of Native American origin,steps shall be taken pursuantto Section 15064.5(e)of Guidelines for California Environmental Quality Act.
