Lower Sacramento <br /> Road, Stockton), <br /> Jeff Fisher, Associate Planner; Jeffrey Jenning, TPC Architects, Inc.; and Kermit Darrow, <br /> Building Division were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Fisher introduced the project. <br /> Mr.Fisher reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Mr. Fisher asked Mr. Jenning if he had any questions regarding the Conditions of <br /> Approval. Mr. Jennings asked about the 248 parking spaces. Mr.Fisher said the amount <br /> of the spaces is at build out, and that they could be phased. <br /> Mr.Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. Mr. Jenning was also <br /> informed of the Traffic Study. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Divisions requirements. Mr. Borges <br /> informed Mr. Jenning of the Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study, and the sewage <br /> disposal system. <br /> Mr. Borges asked Mr. Jenning about the abandoned swimming pool. Mr. Jenning <br /> indicated that he had spoke with Mr. Minatre regarding the demolition and Mr. Minatre <br /> informed him that they were in process of demolishing the pool. <br /> Mr. Martin informed Mr. Jenning that the maneuvering areas and parking areas will need <br /> to be paved with an appropriate depth of asphalt concrete or portland cement concrete, <br /> according to the requirements. <br /> Mr. Martin and Mr. Fisher dicussed the location of the masonry wall and informed Mr. - <br /> Jenning that it could be completed in phases. <br /> 11:00 a.m. 5• MAJOR O�DK EIBEL).
